All photographs, text, graphics, logos, metadata schemas, and site design are © 2022–2026 Bjoern Lexius Photography unless otherwise noted. United States and international copyright treaties apply. No ownership transfers through mere viewing or downloading watermarked previews.
Permitted use
- Browse the catalog and share links to our pages
- Use watermarked previews only in internal mock-ups clearly marked not for publication
- License images through written agreement via licensing@bjoernlexiusphotography.com
Prohibited use
- Removing or circumventing watermarks on preview files
- Scraping, bulk downloading, or automated harvesting of images or metadata
- Republishing images without a valid license
- False attribution or implication of endorsement by depicted subjects or brands
- Reverse engineering our build pipeline to strip copyright metadata

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bjoern Lexius Photography is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if no fees were paid.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes shall lie in competent courts as determined under applicable rules, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
